THE HOUSE

The building is a charming rustic country house on two levels. Downstairs are the living-room, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The front door opens into the living room with TV and comfortable sofas and chairs around an open fireplace.

The kitchen has an electrical digital ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster and all the other usual

appliances. A dining table, chairs and fitted cupboards are also provided.
The bathroom (on this level) is fully tiled with a full-sized bath with shower, basin, lavatory and washing-machine.
The marble staircase leads up to the four bedrooms, two doubles and two with two single beds (sleeps up to 8). There is a heating system throughout with the option of air-conditioning when required. All rooms, which look onto the greenery, are medium-sized with no fussy extras but they are neat clean and comfortable.
There is also another shower room outside in the garden, ideal for summertime.

THE GARDEN

Outside you will enjoy our private swimming pool, surrounded by a large lawned area and carefully tended garden with beautiful flowers and olive trees. The swimming pool itself has a fully automatic filtration system and measures approximately 7x3 metres. There is also a barbecue and a covered dining terrace, set out on the porch, with table and seating for 8. It is a perfect setting to come to read, to chill out or to paint the beautiful scenery everywhere around you.

ACCOMMODATION

Your accommodation is based on the exclusive use of the house and garden.

It is ideal for those who wish to have a totally relaxing time but with the privacy that comes with renting your own house.

Notes on accommodation:

·  Minimun stay: 1 week

·  Times: Arrivals from 13.00. Rooms must be empty by 11.00 on the day of your departure.

·  Availability: all year round

·  Car essential. Private parking. The approach to the house is along a 1km track.

·  Bed linen and towels (but not swimming towels) and a weekly cleaning service are provided

·  Please, provide yourself with the appropiate travel insurance.

Amenities: There are plenty of opportunities for walking, birdwatching, riding, canoeing and other outdoor activities.
